How do I ensure that I receive points for my hotel stays?

Always provide your Radisson Rewards account number at the time of reservation and when checking in to the hotel. If you don't have your member card with you, you can ask the front desk to look up your account number for you.

What should I do if I did not receive points for a hotel stay?

If you do not believe you were correctly credited for a hotel stay, you must contact Member Services within six months of that stay or other earning activity. On, select “My Statement” and review transactions to confirm your stay has not posted. If not, select ‘Missing a transaction for a recent stay?’ and complete the stay information.
