Yes, a credit card number is required to book an award reservation to guarantee the reservation and to cover incidental charges.



Can I reserve more than one room as part of a single reservation when I book online?

A maximum of 9 rooms may be booked online as part of a single reservation.



How do I indicate a special request with my reservation?

Please note all preferences and special requests in the Special Request area as you confirm your personal information during the online reservation process. The hotel will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

E-Certs (Electronic Certificates) are limited time, virtual discounts and special offers that can only be used when booking on radissonblu.com, radisson.com, radissonblu-edwardian.com, parkplaza.com, parkinn.com, countryinn.com, artotels.com and radissonrewards.com using your personal E-Cert code.

E-Certs are issued to a specific customer, typically via email.



How do guests get E-Certs?
