In addition to standard rooms, members can redeem additional points to stay in premium rooms at participating hotels. Yes, you may redeem points for more than one room on the same night.
Your points will be deducted from your account immediately upon making your Award Night reservation.
Yes, you may book an Award Stay for another person.
Yes, a credit card number is required to book an award reservation to guarantee the reservation and to cover incidental charges.
Cancellations or changes can be processed via Member Services or www.radissonrewards.com only (hotels cannot modify or cancel award bookings). Points will be credited back to the member's account provided the hotel's cancellation policy was followed.
Yes, you can choose to have your points convert automatically to airline miles. Each time your point balance reaches 10,000, these points will be converted to miles with the airline of your choice: 10,000 points equals 1,000 miles. To select this option, sign in to www.radissonrewards.com and select "My Account" and go to "My Profile."
Yes, you can choose to convert some of your points to airline miles. Redeem points in 2,000, 50,000 or 100,000 point increments. Radisson Rewards works with more than 20 airline partners. See the Redeem page to learn more.
No, the name on the Radisson Rewards account must match the name on the airline account where the miles are being deposited.
Please allow four to six weeks after redemption for airline miles to be added to your account. If you do not receive your miles or have questions, please contact the airline directly.
Elite members may transfer points from their account to another Program member account upon request to Member Services. All other members (non-Elite) may transfer points to another Program member residing in the same household provided that both individuals have been a Program member for at least one year and the addresses for either account involved in the transfer have not been up updated within thirty (30) days prior to the transfer request. All members can request a transfer by contacting Member Services. Radisson Rewards reserves the right to require proof of eligibility or residency and, in its sole discretion, deny a point transfer request.
