Can I redeem my points for hotel nights?

Radisson Rewards members have a choice of room types when redeeming points for Award Nights at participating Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu®, Radisson®, Radisson RED, Park Plaza®, Park Inn® by Radisson, or Country Inn & Suites® by Radisson locations worldwide. In addition to standard rooms, members can redeem additional points to stay in premium rooms at participating hotels. Members will be able to see additional room descriptions and amenities during the redemption process. Room types, availability and amenities will vary by hotel. See the Redeem page to learn more.



How many points do I need to earn a free Award Night at participating hotels?

Point levels for a standard free Award Night vary from 9,000 to 70,000 points based on the hotel and location. See the Redeem page to find a listing of hotels by point levels.



How do I reserve a room for a free night using my points?

Make your reservation online at www.radissonrewards.com by signing in and selecting the ‘Book with Points’ reservation tab, by calling any of our brand reservations numbers or by calling Radisson Rewards Member Services.



Can I redeem points for more than one room on the same night?

Yes, you may redeem points for more than one room on the same night.



When will my points be deducted from my account when I book an Award Night?

Your points will be deducted from your account immediately upon making your Award Night reservation.



Can I book an Award Stay for a friend/relative?

Yes, you may book an Award Stay for another person.



Am I required to provide my credit card number to book an Award reservation?

Yes, a credit card number is required to book an award reservation to guarantee the reservation and to cover incidental charges.



Can I change or cancel an Award Night reservation once it has been made?

Cancellations or changes can be processed via Member Services or www.radissonrewards.com only (hotels cannot modify or cancel award bookings). Points will be credited back to the member's account provided the hotel's cancellation policy was followed.



Can I have my points automatically converted to airline miles with Radisson Rewards?

Yes, you can choose to have your points convert automatically to airline miles. Each time your point balance reaches 10,000, these points will be converted to miles with the airline of your choice: 10,000 points equals 1,000 miles. To select this option, sign in to www.radissonrewards.com and select "My Account" and go to "My Profile."



Can I redeem just some of my points to airline miles?

Yes, you can choose to convert some of your points to airline miles. Redeem points in 2,000, 50,000 or 100,000 point increments. Radisson Rewards works with more than 20 airline partners. See the Redeem page to learn more.



Can I redeem points for airline miles that can be deposited in a mileage account other than my own?

No, the name on the Radisson Rewards account must match the name on the airline account where the miles are being deposited.



If I redeem points for airline miles, how long will it take for my airline miles to get added to my airline account?

Please allow four to six weeks after redemption for airline miles to be added to your account. If you do not receive your miles or have questions, please contact the airline directly.



Can I transfer my points to another Radisson Rewards account?

Elite members may transfer points from their account to another Program member account upon request to Member Services. All other members (non-Elite) may transfer points to another Program member residing in the same household provided that both individuals have been a Program member for at least one year and the addresses for either account involved in the transfer have not been up updated within thirty (30) days prior to the transfer request. All members can request a transfer by contacting Member Services. Radisson Rewards reserves the right to require proof of eligibility or residency and, in its sole discretion, deny a point transfer request.
