How do I enroll in Radisson Rewards?

Enroll in Radisson Rewards online at www.radissonrewards.com  or at the front desk of any participating Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu®, Radisson®, Radisson RED, Park Plaza®, Park Inn® by Radisson, or Country Inn & Suites® by Radisson hotels. You can also contact Radisson Rewards Member Services.

How soon after I enroll online in Radisson Rewards will I receive my membership information?

When you enroll online, you will receive your account number immediately and your permanent membership card within four to six weeks after your first stay. If you enroll at one of our participating hotel properties, you will receive your card immediately at the hotel. You may also download your card via the mobile app.



How soon after I enroll in the Radisson Rewards program can I start earning points?

You can start earning points once you have your Radisson Rewards account number. If you enroll at the hotel, you will receive your card and account number immediately. If you enroll online or by calling Member Services, you will be provided with your account number right away and your card will be mailed to you following your first stay.



How do I check my Radisson Rewards account balance?

If you enrolled online or previously created an online account, simply sign in to your account at www.radissonrewards.com to see your balance. Recent transaction history can be found in "My Recent Stays." You can also contact Member Services and provide your account number to check your account balance. If you don't have an online account, follow the steps in my account.



What if I have forgotten my password?

Select “Need help signing in?" from the sign-in page. Complete the short form returned and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you. Please note that the password reset links are only valid for 3 hours after requested.



How do I update my Radisson Rewards account information online?

After you sign in, select "My Account" and go to "My Profile" to view your Radisson Rewards account information. To update your address, email address, and preferences, select the Update Profile button. You will be sent an email that contains a link to complete your updates.



Is there a membership fee to participate in the Radisson Rewards program?

No, there is not a membership fee.



Can I give my account to other people to use?

No, membership is for individual use only.



If I lost or damaged my Radisson Rewards card, can I request another one?

Yes, please contact the Member Services. You can also print a copy of your card by visiting "My Account" after signing in on www.radissonrewards.com. You may also download the mobile app and utilize the digital Radisson Rewards card.
