Simply provide your Radisson Rewards account number when making a reservation, or present your member number to the front desk as you check in on point-eligible stays.
Members earn up to 35 points per U.S. dollar spent on eligible hotel nights, as well as meals and beverages when charged to your room (excluding taxes or other charges) at Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu®, Radisson®, Radisson RED, Park Plaza®, Park Inn® by Radisson, or Country Inn & Suites® by Radisson locations. Yes, if a member has reserved more than one room on the same night, points will be awarded for up to three rooms placed on the same bill. Credit for multiple rooms must be requested at or before the time of check-in.
Members can typically expect to see an updated point balance within three to four business days following a hotel stay for standard earning. Please allow two weeks to pass after checkout before inquiring about points for a stay. Bonus points or other promotional points may take longer.
Always provide your Radisson Rewards account number at the time of reservation and when checking in to the hotel. If you don't have your member card with you, you can ask the front desk to look up your account number for you.
If you do not believe you were correctly credited for a hotel stay, you must contact Member Services within six months of that stay or other earning activity. On www.radissonrewards.com, select “My Statement” and review transactions to confirm your stay has not posted. If not, select ‘Missing a transaction for a recent stay?’ and complete the stay information. Or you can call the Radisson Rewards Member Service Center:

Members earn points on food and beverages purchased during an award night stay, if charged to the room. No points are earned for the award night stay itself.
As long as you actively participate in the program by earning or redeeming points within the previous 24-month period, points do not have an expiration date.
There are several ways you can keep your points! To keep all of your points active, you can earn or redeem points in the following ways:
If you do not earn or redeem points within the previous 24-month period, your points will expire in accordance with the program’s terms and conditions.

Your account remains active whether you are using the points or not. However, if you do not earn or redeem some points during the previous 24-month period, the points in your account will expire.
In order to keep your points by staying, you must have a points eligible stay. Points eligible stays are only available by booking directly through our brand web sites, mobile app, reservations center or directly with the hotel. Third party site reservations are not eligible for point earning.
