After you sign in, select "My Account" and go to "My Profile" to view your Radisson Rewards account information. To update your address, email address, and preferences, select the Update Profile button. You will be sent an email that contains a link to complete your updates.
Your account balance will be displayed at the top of each page when you sign in to your account at www.radissonrewards.com. View your recent transaction history by signing in and selecting "My Account." Or, contact Member Services and provide your Radisson Rewards account number.
Members can typically expect to see an updated point balance within three to four business days following a hotel stay for standard earning. Bonus points or other promotional points may take longer.
Please allow four to six weeks for airline miles to be added to your account. If you do not receive your airline miles, please contact the airline directly.
